We love these little rasps..... and not just for minis but for all sizes of horses.
 
They are sharp, easy to use and work well at just 33cm/13 inches long, which is about 2/3 of the length of a standard rasp, making them an ideal tool to use for lady's hands, and they work exceptionally well with Miniature Horses, Small Ponies and Donkeys.
 
This rasp has a coarse rasp on one side for removing the horn of the hoof, and a finer tooth on the other for tidying up and finishing the hoof, making it ideal for trimming barefoot horses.
 
We like the compact and lighter size as it is so much easier to handle and helps prevent accidental nudges into your horse's belly, which can often be a problem when using longer files.
